My name is Stanford Siver. I work as an organizational consultant, facilitator, and trainer in a wide range of settings. The core of my work is based in Process Work, also known as Process Oriented Psychology, a paradigm developed by Doctors Arnold and Amy Mindell. Process Work is a wide spectrum, earth based approach to facilitating complex processes and integrates concepts from psychology, political philosophy, quantum physics, organizational dynamics, and shamanism.

My main interests are bringing political philosophy and social psychology together in support of a deeper process of coherent democracy. Deep Democracy Facilitation is a psycho-social-political paradigm and methodology. Unlike political democracy, which focuses on majority rule, Deep Democracy focuses on noticing and valueing all available voices, states of awareness, and frameworks of reality. Deep Democracy also suggests that the information carried within these frameworks are all needed to understand and facilitate disturbances in any given system.

Deep Democracy facilitation can help business organizations, NGOs, civic groups, families, couples, and individuals develop awareness and the leadership and facilitation skills needed to facilitate disturbances in order to help the collective system find more effective resolutions and sustainable outcomes.
